You can request a return within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unopened and in original packaging. Email us at orders@seoulbeautyedit.com with your order number to start the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Note: For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept used or opened skincare.
Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order heads out.

If you need to make a change or cancel, email us at orders@seoulbeautyedit.com with your order number right away. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to catch it. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
