Refund policy

We hope you love your Seoul Beauty Edit order. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

How to Return

• Email us at orders@seoulbeautyedit.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@seoulbeautyedit.com with your order number and photos immediately upon receipt. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
